• Q. What times do you deliver?

A. We deliver before 10am and collect the next day before 10am

• Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver to any holiday home, cottage or campsite you are staying at. Our delivery area includes Aldeburgh, Southwold, Yoxford and most areas in between. 

• Q. What sizes are the e-Bikes?

A. We have two sizes of frame available, our medium frame is suitable for anyone approximately 5'2 to 5'10 and our large frame will suit anyone around 5'5 to 6'4. Generally speaking the two frame sizes will suit the vast majority of people, we can adjust the seat height to suit on delivery.

• Q. What if I'm late back?

A. We will be by to collect the bikes before 10am, if we are unable to do so you will be charged another day hire.

• What is included in the hire?

A. The bike itself, fitted with integrated front and rear lights for evening riding and a helmet.

• Q. What happens of we break down?

A. Our e-Bikes are high quality German bikes, in the unlikely event you have any problems we will come out to you.

• Q. How do we pay?

A. We accept bank transfer, when you book we will send you the details to pay for your hire.

• Q. Do we need to pay a security deposit?

A. When we deliver your bikes we will take your credit/debit card details. Please ensure you have I.D for us to check. 

• Q. What happens of we need to cancel?

A. If you cancel, we can reschedule the hire dates but we cannot refund the booking.
